You're seldom going to know if the seeds germinate within the Money Back Guarantee window, and you're never going to know if the plant is actually what you ordered within it. Assuming your country allows seed imports, I'd steer clear of Chinese sellers. Stick to sellers with very high feedback percentages.

·1 year agoDepending on what Israel's agricultural import laws are, might not be legal to import seeds to your country from the US.
Otherwise, you will need to do a search of the listings looking at what the sellers Feedback is and if you can even buy from them.
