an ebay seller
I bought Roman Holiday BluRay from him. Instead, he sold me Rocky V. And then he disputed that, insisting that he had sold me Roman Holiday. Come into my flat eBay - see if you can find it !! eBay then proceeded to discipline ME. In case you do not know, I AM THE VICTIM, NOT THE OFFENDER. Don't I have any rights in this case ???

How did eBay discipline you? What actions did you take to try to rectify the situation? This should have been a simple 'not as described' return.

You are posting on the USA community page but pretty sure things are the same RE returns for wrong items sent or not as described over in the UK.
Also not allowed to name and shame on these boards.

·11 months agoPer eBay's Money BackGuarantee for buyers: You received an item that is not as described.
All you need to do is open a return case, citing "not as described" as your reason.
Have you read the eBay Money Back Guarantee for buyers?
