An address I don't recognize is in my account. Any audit trail available?

I've been selling on ebay for a bunch of years. I buy things once in a blue moon.

Went to buy something today and the default ship to address in the checkout had my name, but an address and phone number I didn't recognize / in a seedy area of a town a 1/2 hour away.

I looked and nothing was bought under my account in months, and the only things that were listed as purchased are things I ordered / were delivered to MY address (which is also in there).

Wonder if there's any way to see when that address was added to my account? If someone hacked my account to add that address, I'd think they'd order something?

I DID change my password. And I know I can delete that address. But curious if there's more info I can find out about that address - when it was added? What IP address did the user have when adding it?

Or is there a chance that Ebay accidentally added it to my account?!
