Activity on your account isn’t following policy: Abusive buyer policy
I recently encountered a concerning situation within the eBay community. As an eBay user for 6 years with a 100% feedback of over 90+ transactions, was suspended after I reported a problem with a seller who sent me an empty box "book filled with a pack of college ruled paper and the "free item posted on his ad", instead of the purchased item. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue transparently, my eBay account was suspended. I have never filed a claim with eBay before, it clearly stated on their own message to file a police report and a refund would be given after confirmed. Be careful when purchasing from Thailand, especially if you are looking for Sofobi toys or any other art toys... People need to look for dam jobs instead of scamming over toys.

·2 years agoIn 27 years on eBay and 17 years on the forums I have never heard of an account being suspended simply for reporting an item not as described. People do it literally thousands of times a day. So I suspect there's more to your suspension than you're stating.
BTW, it's against eBay policy to open a new account if a previous one has been suspended. So I expect this one will soon go bye-bye.
