Account was hacked, person bought a gift card with my account and are trying it to send it to me from their account, paypal already refunded me - the person is still sending the gift card with a tracking # 2 months later...

haven't been able to get in touch with anyone, not trying to pay for a gift card i dont want and had nothing to do with it being purchased
i believe the person who listed the gift card is the person who hacked my account (although i don't have proof of that)
(they sell the gift card they don't want to my hacked account, ship it off and claim i didn't pay for it)
full story:
back in june im getting ready to go to sleep (1am pst) and i get a notification that i just made a $300 purchase on ebay, i was thinking
wait? i didn't buy anything
then i thought maybe i didnt close out of my ebay app on my phone and bought a basketball card i had been looking at earlier in the night
but that wasn't the case either - it said it was for a neimann marcus gift card, something i've never even looked at on ebay
i tried to get the seller to cancel it, within 5 minutes the seller says they won't cancel it EDIT - which i found pretty suspicious considering they were even awake at that time
at this point i can't get a hold of anyone from ebay, so i report it as a fraudulent transaction with paypal and with my bank
they agree that the transaction wasn't done by me thru their due diligence and refund me the money
i contact the seller the next morning and let them know what happened
i tell them not to send the gift card out, it wasn't bought by me and that the transaction was fraudulent
they act like what i'm saying doesn't make sense and send me a tracking #, i tell them "DON'T SEND, IT WAS A FRADULENT TRANSACTION" - they tell me that ebay wants them to provide a tracking # so they printed a shipping label and gave ebay a tracking #
the next day they message me asking if they should send it out - i tell them again NO DONT SEND IT, they say they'll just re-list it because they don't have any money for the transaction - i assure them i don't care i want nothing to do with the gift card
2 months later and I get an update that "my package is on it's way"
who do i contact to solve this - i don't want to be responsible for this person's scam/hustle/lack of knowledge etc.

Just refuse it when/if you receive it.

OP2 weeks agoPackage now listed as delivered but it’s not here - we have locked mailboxes at my apt - should not have been delivered anywhere else… what to do now?

OP2 weeks agoI just don’t want to be charged for it since the person has “proof” it was delivered I feel like this isn’t the end of it unfortunately
