Account Suspension first time buying

Im new to ebay and my first purchase resulted in an account suspension. It was pretty large(a laptop) and a family member who lives in my house also has an account so maybe that’s why since we share an ip. My cc also flagged the purchase as suspicious so it was declined the first time. All this I’m sure looks pretty suspicious so it’s understandable. I’m fine with not being able to sell stuff but I was wondering if anyone knows if I will still get my order or if it will be refunded. I’ve tried navigating support but it’s been unsuccessful thus far. I also don’t want to make another account to contact the seller because I read that makes it worse. I will try giving the a call if my order won’t ship but I’m fine not having an eBay account otherwise. I’m super appreciative of any ideas or advice! Hope everyone has a good day!

·9 months agoIf your credit card was declined, the order didn't go through, so you won't be getting the item.

OP9 months agoSorry I was unclear, it went through the second time and was charged. It’s currently pending and says it was purchased on my order page.
