Accidentally bought the wrong color should I worry about it?
Hey there I wanted to buy a sony xperia xa 2 display and it had various color options to buy my friend said to buy it in blue because it would look cool and my payment method didn't work so I had to create a klarna account to do the payment so I did but because I had to login on the app again to add a payment method the heart list was accidentally set to the color black I didn't think much of it and thought it was bought in blue but then once I paid for it and it wasn't shipped yet I saw that I bought it on black so I went ahead and contacted the seller to tell the incident and they said they would ship it in the blue color but now I checked my email and the receipt document still says color black
So what should I do should I wait until it arrives and see if it's the one I said or if it arrives in black that I should demand a refund or should I contact the seller and ask if they actually sent it in the color blue?
I would be appreciated for the replies

Wait to see what arrives.
The seller got back to you...sounds like a nice seller.
A lot of sellers do not respond to emails.

·1 year agoIf you ordered black and receive black, you can't demand a refund.
If you ordered the wrong color and the seller doesn't accept returns, not much you can do.

Even if a seller agrees to ship a different color, that won't be reflected on the eBay order.
If you receive black, that's what you ordered so you cannot file a Money Back Guarantee claim citing the item is not as described.
What you can do is file a return request using the reason "ordered by mistake" to return it, then repurchase the color you want - or you can just keep the black.
That said, if the seller agreed to ship blue you'll probably receive blue.

OP1 year agoOkay but the receipt document says black but yeah I'll see what I can do i kinda hate Ebay for saving the selected color on the favorites list even though I wanted it on blue I just favorited it in black because that's the last option I selected but I didn't bought it I set it to my favorites

·1 year agoSo you saved it in your favorites as black. You then ordered it from there without changing the color. But that is somehow eBay's fault and you kinda hate them for that.
