Access guest purchase
I made a guest purchase on 11/1/23 8:35 pm. I received confirmation from my bank card for $81.69. The item is a white vanity. I have never used eBay before this. I didn't get a confirmation email. I don't have any order details other than what I stated above. Can someone please help me. This is being delivered to my granddaughter. Thank you for your time and consideration.

and submit either

-- your email address, or
-- your eBay Order Number

to get your purchase confirmation yourself, a few moments later.

·2 years agoIt's only been four days since your purchase. Sellers seldom directly communicate that they've shipped an item. They rely on updates in the buyer's purchase history, which you don't have. Did you know to look at the estimated delivery dates when you ordered? An item like you've described is often something dropshipped from China. So it may have an extended delivery time. Ordering again may not get you the item in time, and you very well may end up with two of them.

If you have the order number, my recommendation is to go to the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page and request a callback from customer service. They'll be able to look up the transaction from the order number.

OP2 years agoOk. I've provided the number from my alert and everyone is telling me that it's not enough numbers to be an order number? There's no company name just San Jose CA? To date, I never received the email confirmation. I'm just simply trying to figure out what is going on. I'm a first time purchaser on eBay. Thank you again for your help. I truly appreciate it.

Hello Ms Ball,
Â
-You can file claims even when Buying as a Guest but you will not be able to leave Feedback on the transaction. Guest purchases are stand-alone transactions and communication is accomplished with the email address you used. Here is a link to the Help Pages for Buying as a Guest:  Buying as a guest | eBay
Â
-If for some reason the item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date at the address you provided at the time of order you can still file a claim that you did not receive the item
Â
-Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay accounts
Â
-Hope that helps.

Â
If you are looking on your ebay account for a confirmation message for the purchase, it will not be there. The message will be sent directly to your normal email account with the header "Order Confirmed".Â
Depending on your email settings, the email may be in your junk/spam, business, promotions... file not your regular inbox.Â
Â
The link below should help you with the purchase.Â

OP2 years agoTo date, still nothing! But an upset little girl and a angry grandma! I don't know if I should place another order now that I have an eBay account. What do you think?Â
Thanks again!
