Abysmal website and incredibly complicated process

I can't understand how eBay does business. I can't understand how the accounting process works. Seems like a black box to me. Very little transparency to me. I don't see how I can trust eBay. Seems like a scam to me.

If anything, they are way "over-transparent" (meaning information overload)...

too much detail in many different 'views/links'.....

I like to keep it simple...

and this is a bit easier than the old ebay/paypal combination for bookkeeping.

My guess is that is a Selling issue, since the OP has received no buying feedback in the last year. Chances are they will have problems navigating back to this board, since they joined the Community yesterday.
