About to end shopping at eBay
I've been having a lot of difficulty receiving orders, when this happens it is difficult to rectify the problems. No real way to contact ebay to fix the problem. In the meantime I continue to place orders and don't get the product. I'm considering giving up and stop using ebay, there are plenty of other sites to make purchases.

·2 years agoCheck your order details to make sure the correct address appears there. That is the address the seller is required to ship to. If you do not recognize the address, check to make sure your primary shipping address in your eBay account has not been changed, as that could certainly prevent you from receiving your orders. That is the address that appears by default when you check out.
If the address is correct, contact the shipping service to determine if the tracking number you received was for a package that was addressed to you.
If the tracking address is not yours, good advice for dealing with false tracking:

·2 years agoAre you not using eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers if/when a transaction goes wrong?
It's not difficult at all.
Did not receive your purchase yet and it's at least one day past its estimated delivery date?
Open an item not received case.
Received it, but it's not as described? Open an item not as described case.
You have 30 days to take either of these steps with eBay. There is no reason to contact eBay at all.
Just utilize the help eBay gives you in the form of the MBG.

·2 years agoI have been on eBay for almost 21 years and only had three items never show up and that was because they were never shipped. If you're having so much bad luck maybe look into who you're buying from beforehand if you aren't, or reconsider if your delivery location is safe or not. Your problem doesn't seem like it has to do with misdelivery, but you may want to look into that with your local agencies as well.

·2 years agoIf your item shows as delivered and you did not receive it(even tho you posted your address in the neg fb you left!!) Get a statement from USPS that the item was not delivered to you. They can pull up the actual delivery address on their GPS. Even tho they wont share that info with you. Submit that statement to Ebay.

·2 years agoIf you are continually placing orders and not receiving them, then you may need to look at a more safe place to have your items delivered to. Sounds like you may have a porch pirate.
It's a buyer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure place for items to be delivered.
You do realize putting an address in feedback is not a wise idea.
