A refund was sent, but the seller refused to cancel my order
I ordered two items from one seller and no longer than an hour later I changed my mind, 'cause I found the same items with a cheaper price. So, I asked to cancel my order and some days later I've got a message that they refused to cancel it. But also got a message that my refund was sent. The order is still open and processes, but it's not shipped yet.
Anyone knows what should I do?

In order to send you a refund without being penalized the seller had to cancel the order, if you look in your my ebay messages you may find it. It should give "Buyer requested cancellation" as the reason.
In the future before buying an item, save it to the watch list, until you are done shopping. Then select from the items you've saved the item you want to purchase, and delete the rest. You can ask a seller to cancel a transaction, but they are not required to agree. So before you buy an item. make sure it is the one you want at the price you are willing to pay.
