A Customer has blocked me for reason OVER my head, he has something I want to buy, is there a way
[Removed by Moderator] this is the guy I want to buy from is there anyway someone can contact him for me, to tell him I cannot buy from him is he has me blocked, and I am so sorry if I offended him !, to unlock me sso i can add something to my cart.

Have you looked to see if anyone else sells the items you are looking at? There are millions of sellers on eBay. Perhaps someone else will have the items you want.
The feedbacks you leave for others are interesting to say the least. One of them said you ordered something by mistake but it turned out to be a blessing. Not being able to buy from the seller who blocked you may turn out to be a blessing in disguise for you.
You also mentioned in one of the feedbacks that you are elderly. There are a lot of people on this board who are elderly. That doesn't make us special.

·6 months agoHas the cold weather made people more nutty than normal? I've had to block 4 buyers in the past two days becaused of the insane and odd questions I've been asked. Of course, when I looked at their feedback, there were negatives every few buys.
@deltadeuce From one Christian to another, please respect the fact that a seller blocked you. For whatever reason they do not want your business and that is their right. You are not entitled to purchase from them. You have been incredibly rude and disrespectful to the people here who have tried to help you and explain what sellers can do. We have very little protection from eBay. The ability to block buyers is essential to prevent potentially problematic buyers from costing us money or worse. It is a tool sellers should use more often, not less. Sometimes we can be heavy-handed with a block, but oftentimes experience tells us who will be a problem and who won't. Your responses to the others here signal you are a potential problem.

·7 months agoAdding religious messages to your feedback is inappropriate and offensive to some. It is supposed to be about the seller, service, etc. Comments about the USPS, which the seller has no control over, are also inappropriate. I suspect many have blocked you due to your comments, myself included.
Being blocked also blocks your messages. Please, as so many have said here, find another seller and move on.

Not only is it inappropriate and offensive to many people but it's a feedback policy violation, removable should members report it!

·7 months agoThis thread has probably caused you to be blocked by many more sellers than you have purchased from. And if you stop buying here, you never will find out which sellers decided you were undesirable.
Ebay sellers are not a public convenience.

·7 months agoHi deltadeuce, You got blocked - so what. For whatever reason this seller does not want to do business with you - so what. Try not to stress over this so much. Life is too short. It is so easy to just move on to another seller. There are many sellers out there & part of the fun is in the search. This is the sellers loss - not yours. Good Luck To You.

If you received a message saying something like, ‘This seller isn’t accepting offers or bids from you at this time’ … it means the seller intentionally put you on their Blocked Bidders List so that you cannot buy from them. It would be wrong for anyone to try to interfere with their decision. I’m sorry.
On the other hand, if you inadvertently were blocked for some other reason … you would be told the specific reason when you attempted to bid or buy from that seller. You will be able to buy from them again once/ if you no longer fall into the category being blocked.
What message do you get when you attempt to to buy from this seller?

·7 months agoBlocking a buyer is one of the few protections sellers have. I have blocked many buyers, mostly because of the negativity they post. This is not a violation of policy; in fact eBay allows us to block up to 5000 buyers.

Not sure why you'd be buying from a customer, and not a seller. That part doesn't make sense.

I can't tell if you've made a previous purchase(s) from that seller. Is it possible that you've offended him? Have you sent him a message? If you haven't, then another way you could be blocked, besides the seller doing it specifically, is if you have two unpaid purchases on your account . . . have you? You're registered in the U.S. Is the seller in a foreign country?

A seller can block you for any reason, or no reason at all. That's just the way it is on this site. As @wastingtime101 stated, you'd be in violation of ebay policy to try and do an end run here.

·7 months agoNo @deltadeuce , and it is against policy to try and circumvent a seller's block which means you can get in trouble if you try to find a way to make the purchase or ask a friend to purchase for you.
Move on and find a different seller if you care about your buying privileges on this site.

OP7 months agoI never run from conflict, I face it head on, and stand my ground when I am wronged, If eBay wants me off great they can afford to lose me after SEC hearings about their actions next month ! and it is unbelievable not one person has enough fortitude to send this man a simple message regarding me ! FYI, I already notified eBay in this regard.....

·7 months agoYou notified eBay about what? That a seller exercised their absolute right to block you? That none of the meanies in the forum would help you do an end run around that block?? And fyi, the Securities & Exchange Commission oversees the relations between a corporation and its investors. So it's highly doubtful they'll care that a seller blocked you.

So you told eBay that the community of buyers and sellers refused to help you circumvent the block and refused to violate policy. OK ... thanks for telling eBay most of us care about our selling/buying privileges on this site? 🤷

OP6 months agoIt is also against eBay policy to use politics within the community, but people do, i call that subhuman, but oh well ! when someone wants 1 thing enough they will cruise through the earth without restrictions, just as I have done and I will again. and you are correct, I care about buying and selling, but not being greedy and selfless, and you !

My guess is you have a few bid retractions on your account and sellers do not like when bidders do that.

·7 months agoWhy include a remark about delivery when leaving FB? Slow delivery is not your seller's fault and the PO won't see your remark here and probably wouldn't care anyway.
