@hyleus4,
To expand on fab_find's... reply you will probably found that searching for a "57 T bird" hasn't produced many results. However, if you search for a "1957 or `57 Ford Thunderbird and on the search results page select "car" from the filters in the left hand column. You may find the 47 listings for them.
If you do find one you like, make sure you arrange for an inspection to be done by a qualified vintage vehicle appraiser, before paying for it. You really do not want to buy someone else's problem.
Not sure what your question is. If you found it on another site and were told they would 'use" eBay to handle the payment, that is a lie and a SCAM. eBay never assists in sales or payments of items on other sites. It must be listed on eBay to be an eBay sale. There is no other way. eBay will never tell you to buy or pay with gift cards.
Is the car listed on eBay @hyleus4 or was it listed on a different marketplace?
There's a common scam where people list cars (that don't exist) on other marketplaces then send the buyer false info about eBay handling the sale and shipping. If it's not listed on eBay then eBay has nothing to do with it and the listing should be reported to the other marketplace as fraudulent.

Sometimes, when there's a post like this with one or two key words and nothing else, it reminds me of tossing something into the water and seeing how many ripples it causes.
