1 year warranty - No response
I purchased a computer from a seller. They provide a 1 year warranty on the computers. I have had my computer for approx 6 months and it no longer posts to the monitor. I have sent messages and NO response. I paid $980 Canadian. Computer should last longer than 6 months. Anyone else have issues with seller warranty? The Seller specifically indicated they provide 1 year warranty. This is false advertising and should not be allowed!

I purchased a computer from you in May of 2025. Less than a year ago and it wont post. How does warranty work? I sent you a separate message however you have not responded. How does your warranty work or is it just all talk?

What is your warranty

·8 months agoThere is no warranty on most items sold here. For some you can purchase one. As stated if you paid by credit card, contact your card company.

Unless you buy it from an authorized dealer, which few eBay sellers are, you should never plan on anything having more of a warranty than the 30 days eBay gives you to open an item not as described case. Beyond that eBay has no enforcement ability. Your only option now is a chargeback through your payment source.
