“Authenticy Guaranteeâ€
I bought a pair of Golden Goose from a seller. Paid about $420 after tax, eBay authenticated it. They were faux and it ruined my kids birthday, opened up a case and eBay rejected my request. He wears them since we can’t afford to get him a new pair and he’s gotten made fun of multiple times. The logo on the right shoe is tiny, we have multiple pairs, even a cousin for literally works for Golden Goose. It doesn’t even say Golden Goose on the back evenly. The seller used an authentic box, for a different style. We only bought these because this style was no longer available. The seller claimed they were an Italy exclusive. eBay is going down the hole. I guarantee, a representative will reply to this. I’ll reach out then won’t hear back as usual. Terrible customer service and just lack of morale overall. It’s obvious they just want their cut. Not sure what’s happened to eBay but it’s truly a disappointment given the history behind the company. There’s multiple pairs still on this sellers profile. He was able to remove my review.
