Expiration Dates
I have been buying GNC vitamins on Ebay for several years. One important criteria with respect to the purchase, is a review of the "Expiration Date". Vitamins, with expired dates, according to health experts, lack the potency of those vitamins that have not expired. In reviewing GNC Multivitamins for Women Over 50, I've noticed many sellers DO NOT include an expiration date. The absence of that information leads me to believe that the vitamins have expired. For ANY item, that has an expiration date, that date should and MUST be reflected in the item description, particularly for items that are ingested. I'll go a little further, beyond vitamins. Anything that is sold on Ebay, which has a manufacture's expiration date reflected on the packaging should be included in the item description.

ripped off
i purchased a pair of tiffany and co earrings from a seller and paid---24 hours later, she emails me and says she is having trouble getting it to go through (she recently opened the account after her old one was hacked, she says) and said she was canceling the sale and going to relist it--she canceled the sale, refunded my money and relisted them for a higher price---someone has already bid on them--is this considered legal on ebay--i know it is not ethical--what do i need to do?

I bought several different soft toy patterns and different yards of fabric from a seller. I asked for combined shipping and then paid for the merchandise. (Some said free shipping). I get a message from her telling me that EBay changed a listing to free shipping without her knowing. She asked if I would split that shipping or else she would relist it. (For all of her hard work) I asked how would I do that since it was already paid. Now I was sent a refund for that particular fabric and found it relisted on her site!!!?.. (black and white leopard fabric). In the relisting she wrote “buyer changed mind”. B S. !!!!

Disappearing notes
After saving an item in a "watchlist", I often make a note to myself. Despite clicking the "Save" button, my note is deleted once I refresh the page or look at another item. The same happens when I try to save a note on an item in my "purchased" list. How can I get my "note" to stay saved?

Bad product/past return period/contacted seller twice-no response

I purchased 4 boxes of a tanning product that was quoted as “brand new”-it was not-at all. Product was dried up & unusable. Contacted seller twice-no response. Am past return period as purchased to take on beach holiday, but this is a totally unacceptable purchase and think seller should be responsible for selling old, unusable product with false claim of new. It wouldn’t have mattered when I opened it-it was too old at receipt. Should mention that I have purchased product before and know what the condition should be upon opening sealed packet. At the very least,I would like to report seller as unreputable but can’t find out where to do that on the site and the ‘customer service bot’ is of no help. Thx

Aquiline Tracking - Shows Delivered But Item Not Received
I bought an item that was listed as shipping from Miami from an out of country seller with good feedback. Item was shipped and I was given an Aquiline Tracking number, which is just a information provider, not a carrier. I am not sure if I can post the tracking I was given but as it goes... -Item picked up in Miami at exactly midnight in appeared in Texas later that day? I guess maybe it is possible? -Item delivered to me at exactly midnight - Not possible no one is working that late and I have a doorbell camera. -The city where is loaded for onto vehicle for delivery only have two shipping companies, FedEx and Amazon. My package is NOT an Amazon tracked and delivered package because I WAY live outside of their zone of delivery in the middle of nowhere. Leaving FedEx the only option if it was loaded at that location and delivered to my house. I have outlined the above to the seller, asking for any additional information so I can reach out and contract someone. They just send me a link back to Aquiline saying its delivered and can not provide any further information. Aquiline gives me nothing, no package dimensions, no weight, no proof of delivery, no contact information if there are issues. Its just locations and timestamps only. Am I out my purchase cost because this Aquiline says delivered with no further proof or information??

How do you file a complaint on an ebay customer service rep for lying and closing your case?
Seller won't reply to emails and I never received items. Now the seller has taken down their listings and gone. Ebay lied to me and will not even let me post a review, while others were allowed to who had the same experience.

Fake tracking and non returnable address
Seller used fake tracking number nothing was delivered so I opened a return and seller sent non returnable address and ebay wants tracking before they will give me a refund.

Searches don’t show exact matches
Example: “Halo xl 5 wood” only shows 24-30 matches in the app when sorted by low to high. The rest of the exact matches show up under “results matching fewer words” in a disorderly fashion, exact matches mixed in with non matches. On my selling account, in recent weeks I’m getting messages from buyers saying it was really difficult to find an item by searching the exact terms. Is this by design? Is this something they’re aware of and intend to fix?

Mailman FOLDED my vinyl record to fit it in the mailbox!
I bought a vinyl record, it was shipped in a record box with extra packing. The post office FOLDED it to get it in my mailbox, and it is ruined. Of course its not insured since it is media mail, what can I do? It's only worth $20 total, but still I am LIVID at the driver who did this. Normally a record box fits fine in my huge rural sized mailbox, but there was another package he put in first, and to shut the lid, he literally had to fold it 90 degrees.
