Aquiline Tracking - Shows Delivered But Item Not Received
I bought an item that was listed as shipping from Miami from an out of country seller with good feedback. Item was shipped and I was given an Aquiline Tracking number, which is just a information provider, not a carrier. I am not sure if I can post the tracking I was given but as it goes... -Item picked up in Miami at exactly midnight in appeared in Texas later that day? I guess maybe it is possible? -Item delivered to me at exactly midnight - Not possible no one is working that late and I have a doorbell camera. -The city where is loaded for onto vehicle for delivery only have two shipping companies, FedEx and Amazon. My package is NOT an Amazon tracked and delivered package because I WAY live outside of their zone of delivery in the middle of nowhere. Leaving FedEx the only option if it was loaded at that location and delivered to my house. I have outlined the above to the seller, asking for any additional information so I can reach out and contract someone. They just send me a link back to Aquiline saying its delivered and can not provide any further information. Aquiline gives me nothing, no package dimensions, no weight, no proof of delivery, no contact information if there are issues. Its just locations and timestamps only. Am I out my purchase cost because this Aquiline says delivered with no further proof or information??

Urgent: Account restricted after hack - Accessibility issue, cannot use phone support
Hello, My buyer account was recently hacked. I managed to regain access, but now the account is restricted again by the automated system. I have already uploaded all the required verification documents, but the restriction is still active. I am in a big hurry because I have an active private offer that is about to expire, and I don't want to lose the item. Due to a mobility disability and the fact that I do not speak perfect English, I cannot use the phone support ("Call Us") option that the system offers. I am also stuck in an automated bot loop via email that takes 2 days to reply each time. Could a Moderator or Community Support team member please look into my case and forward it to the verification team to review my documents and lift the restriction? The title will say 100ft and in the description it will say the size is a 50ft roll. We got deceived by this, but we were fortunate enough to disclose the violation of policy. Can I Trust DHL Tracking Information
I ordered an item from US seller with shipping via DHL. I try not to buy from US sellers but I could not pass up this deal ... $6.50 US to ship with tracking to me in Canada. The most current update on their tracking is dated July 7th and indicates it i EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSING. If this is correct, the item has not left or even been received from the shipper during the last 5 days. The estimated delivery by eBay states Aug 4, which is Ok. Can I believe the info given to me by DHL and assume that I may a problem with this transaction? Thanks

Failed Delivery - Unresponsive Seller

I am completely frustrated by a seller who refuses to communicate with me about the status of an item order on May 20, 2026. Additionally, the seller constantly changes the estimated delivery date. Ebay states I have past the refund request date. Finally, the seller continues to sell items on Ebay. My reason for buying many photographic items on Ebay over the last 6 weeks is for a group of summer campers who are interested in learning photography. This one purchase will not stop me from helping the campers; I just want to find an alternative way to communicate with Ebay customer service.

Mailman FOLDED my vinyl record to fit it in the mailbox!
I bought a vinyl record, it was shipped in a record box with extra packing. The post office FOLDED it to get it in my mailbox, and it is ruined. Of course its not insured since it is media mail, what can I do? It's only worth $20 total, but still I am LIVID at the driver who did this. Normally a record box fits fine in my huge rural sized mailbox, but there was another package he put in first, and to shut the lid, he literally had to fold it 90 degrees.

App keeps crashing

every time I try to do it in my cart it closes the app. I don’t know what to do about this even after I restarted and updated my phone and deleted the app and reinstalled. It’s doing the same thing. Just need some help with this matter.

Can I turn off offers that I receive on items that I have looked at but not watched ?
I don't get emails thankfully but when I login there are notifications about offers for items that I just looked at. Is there a way to turn this feature off. I understand for things that i am watching and interested in but not just looked at the page. Thanks in advance.

SELLER USED WRONG ADDRESS BUT EBAY REFUSED REFUND. I ordered an item on eBay. The seller put the wrong address on the package and it was delivered to the wrong address. I filed a complaint with eBay but they closed it because there was proof of delivery. I am very disappointed with eBay. There is no one to contact at eBay except AI bots that hang up on you. Has anyone else had this issue. What do I do? Thank You.

Tax being charged on Silver Bullion
Just a heads up to Wisconsin Buyers of Silver Bullion. eBay has started charging tax on silver purchases. I have had to get a refund twice now and they keep saying it is the category sellers post their product in. I have added silver from different sellers in my cart and tax is charged on all of them even though silver is tax exempt in Wisconsin. Not sure if this is happening in other tax exempt states. This was not the case a couple months ago. I wonâ€™t be buying until it is resolved.

WALMART Bagged Items shipped by AMBIENT
The intent of this post is a PSA for buyers. Ask the seller if your item will be packed in a box or plastic bag. Ask the seller who will be the shipper. Ask the seller where your item is located. I tried to purchase a "Pack of 4". 3 Items arrived in a WALMART bag. The seller requested that I "close the case" to receive a partial refund for the missing item. I requested to get what I purchased, send the missing item, to close the case. I received a full refund as the seller WOULDN'T send the missing item.
