Iâ€™m currently facing a serious issue with a business partner who controls an eBay account . Using his personal account and store name different from our business name but it is branded with our business name and selling our products Iâ€™ve filed a legal complaint, but the court process is slow, and Iâ€™m hoping someone here might have insight or experience with similar situations.Hereâ€™s the background:I invested in this business After the business started to grow, my partner began trying to push me out by any means, including attempting to terminate me from the partnership.restricted my access to ebay account. He currently controls the eBay payouts and has refused to share access or financial transparency.Iâ€™ve documented everything and submitted the case to court, but Iâ€™m wondering if thereâ€™s a way to notify eBay that the account is under legal dispute and request a temporary freeze or review.Has anyone dealt with something like this before?
