Insufficient permissions to fulfill the request
I tried to use Marketplace Insight API in sandbox but it shows response as "Insufficient permissions to fulfill the request". May someone please let me know how can I get the permission.

I'm not sure if the sandbox will allow access to this restricted API without first getting approval.
The Marketplace Insight API is a (Limited Release) API available only to select developers approved by business units. For information on how to obtain access to this API in production, see the Buy APIs Requirements.

"Many of the Buy APIs are a Limited Release(Limited Release). The use of eBay’s Buy APIs in production is intended for eBay partners only. You must apply to Production access process through the eBay Partner Network. Note: There is no guarantee that your application for production use of the APIs will be approved."
