“My company is legally registered in China, but the company’s owner/authorized representative is a Myanmar citizen holding a Myanmar passport. The verification page is asking for a Chinese ID card, which I don’t have. Can you manually review my business registration and accept my Myanmar passport for identity verification?

If you're located in Myanmar, your Ebay account should be registered there and not China.
