buy/browse API does not show same data as Ebay website

Why does Item 396167566768 show $4.52 shipping on the website, but the buy/browse API has no data for shipping for that item.

This is not a caching issue. This issue has existed for more than 24 hours.

I can see USD17 as a shipping cost based on my postcode

Without knowing customer's postcode how would getItem call can return you shipping cost?

The shipping fees are also not shown when the Trading API "GetItem" is used to retrieve this item.

This is really terrible support. I have now described this issue 3 times to the "ticket" system, and all I get is AI canned replies.

A child could understand what I have just described. Use people instead of AI!
