Hi everyone! I’m excited to be part of the Boston chapter. I’m currently at a turning point in my business and would love some 'King-level' perspective on streamlining. Up until now, I’ve been a 100% manual operator. I’m still building my listings one by one, and I’m still making 'emergency' runs to Walmart and Dollar Tree for tape, bubble wrap, and boxes. It works, but I can feel the 'manual' process starting to bottleneck my growth. For those who started exactly where I am: Supplies: At what point did you stop buying retail and start buying in bulk? Are there local New England wholesalers you recommend, or is it strictly an eBay/Amazon bulk buy for you now? Listing: What was the first tool you used to speed up the process once the manual data entry became too much? Shipping: I’m still using a standard printer and tape. If I make one investment this month to save time—is it the thermal label printer, or a better weighing/sorting station? I’m ready to stop working harder and start working smarter. Looking forward to hearing how you guys built your 'engines'! Best, Sage's Satchel
