Hope you weren't serious. The Beanie Baby phase is over. Go to eBay and check out the sold prices if you do not believe me.
Example: We have a local thrift store that has literally bins full of stuffies of various sizes. The largest are priced at $2 currently. When the bins start to overflow, the price becomes $1 or even 3/$1. There are always lots of BBs. That's when I've made purchases to entertain the small people who visit me.
Beanie Babies was a scam operation, set up by the manufacturer Ty Warner, to hoodwink naive and gullible "investors" into believing that those little stuffed toys were "instant collectibles" and "rare."
Big reveal: They're not.
Ty Warner became a multi-millionaire by hoodwinking a huge segment of the American public.

You would need to create a selling account, which entails jumping through a lot of ebay hoops.
As @janet9988 stated, you're not allowed to buy, sell, or advertise on the forum pages.
You'll be doing well if they sell for enough to buy dinner for 2 at the McDonald's in your area.

If you want to get rid of Beanie Babies, it's going to have to be a lot cheaper then $400.
More like $20 and free shipping.
They are not worth anything now.
