There are over a half million listed. Out of that many listed only 33,000 sold in the last 90 days. You will have a lot of competition. Good luck, though.
Not to rain on your parade, but the BB craze has long since vanished. As others have noted, you'd need to create a seller account, with ALL that that entails, only to have them sell for a few dollars on days when the planets are aligned. We are prohibited from buy-sell-trade on the forums.

2. Donate them to a local charity

If you get them listed on Ebay, you might get lucky and sell a few for a few bucks.
