Several years ago a buyer gave me a positive feedback. However, in that feedback, he complained about something he claims I said in a question he asked that had nothing to do with our transaction. So he complained he didn't like my answer to his question in our transaction feedback. To this very day his remarks appear in the eBay listed feedbacks, which are posted with each auction I run. eBay will not rotate current feedbacks into my auctions, they will not respond to my complaint of having warrantless mentions in each of the auctions I run. HELP!!!
