REFUNDS
In the last 90 days I purchased over $ 4,000 in coin , paper currency and other items. some of these item as costly as 1,100 dollars. During these purchases I received a false notice that item was delivered . The next day I received notice of a refund for that very same item with an excuse for not completing the sale. I had nearly the same type experience with another item saying item was delivered when it was not only to be corrected by seller a day or two later. Out of these 50 or so purchases in the past 90 days , one was refunded due to mailing issue. I requested refund for a different item that never arrived and the seller told me he just 2 day ago put it in mail. LOL Now with this issue a simple item under $15 dollars shows delivered that never showed up is rejected by Ebay for a refund. When I pay as much as $ 135.00 for a single paper currency or and $355.00 dollars for a single coin and Ebay rejects for a simple $15.00 refund for a $2 dollar bill.......... I am not a happy Ebayer.
