Charging fees for items not sold.
I accidentally listed 2 items twice and I only had one item for each one. I caught it early but all 4 sold immediately. I had to notify the 2nd buyer for each one and let them know I did not have the item. No problem with the buyers. I canceled the listings with eBay but they charged me the full price fees as if I sold something. Can’t find a phone number to call them to find out why and the bot did not give me an answer to the question. Can someone tell me why eBay is charging me or give me a phone # to call them?
