Anyone else having trouble adding photos to listings?
Since the new AI roll out, I haven't been able to add photos from mobile (Apple) to my draft listings on my chrome book. I still receive the prompt from eBay to add the photos but when I click on it, nothing happens, screen goes blank and it spins and page won't close. When I back out of it, all of the information entered on draft is erased. I used the AI Help Assistant and after going through all of their suggestions, received this message. "If you have tried all possible fixes such as using a supported browser, clearing cache, disabling pop-up blockers, and ensuring photos are accepted formats and sizes, but still cannot add photos from your mobile device when using a template on desktop, this is likely a technical issue related to the new AI listing tool." Now what? I haven't been able to add any new listings for the past few days which is very frustrating. Plus the new AI descriptions require corrections and provide way too much detail for my items. Very frustrating. Anyone else having this issue?
