Mentor4 months agoThere is no way for eBay to police listings since they never see the items that are listed. However, buyers are protected by the eBay money back guaranty for 30 days from receipt of the item for most items listed on the site. Please make sure to check out your rights and responsibilities under the guaranty.

Mentor4 months agoThe seller may not know and if you contacted them, how do they know that YOU know? It is up to the potential buyer to decide what the item is and its worth. There is nothing to police here, sorry.
