WHY DO YOU ALLOW OTHER SELLERS TO SELL MY PRODUCT WITHOUT APPROVAL?ZIP-IT TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT
It has been brought to our attention that you are selling a product, which is infringing on US Registered Trademark, ZIP IT Drain Cleaning Tool, Registration Number 2522433. The use of any Product, Words ZIP IT, Name, Title, Keywords, Key phrases or any other terms and text which uses Zip, Zip It, when used in relation to a drain cleaner, or the “ZIP IT Drain Cleaning Tool” Trademark is in violation. This includes using Zip It in or for search engine optimization "SEO" or using these or related words for and placing in administration panels for the purpose of SEO to garner traffic from search users, all are strictly prohibited on any website type or platform. All products under the Zip-It® trademark must be removed from sale. To avoid any Legal actions regarding this matter.

Ebay has a process for Rights Owners to register with eBay. Once registered, you would be able to notify eBay to take down listings that violate your brand.
