Zip code on shipping label different from Buyer's zip code
Sold my item to ship to Miami, Florida. The buyer's zip code is 33122 however the label printed through eBay has 33198. Luckily, I was able to go back to the post office and retrieve the package.
I've contacted eBay and am waiting to hear back from an agent. Whether that will happen or not, I'm unsure. The AI assistant wants me to cancel the order. This has never happened to me before and am not sure how to handle it?
Has anyone has this problem?
