Zero service
Summary: cheme_26 expressed frustration with eBay, citing difficulties in reaching customer support and feeling undervalued as a customer. lady_madonna responded by offering guidance on how to contact eBay support, including using a specific link for customer service, utilizing chat bots, and seeking assistance through social media.
This is why I don't spend a lot more money on ebay. The company has gone down hill and now you can't even reach out to them directly when needed. You have to post to the "community"...translation: "we don't care about helping anyone". I would buy a lot more things on ebay if I felt the organization gave 1 ounce of care about their customers. I shop online all the time, I just limit my choices to doing business with those who I feel have my back which is the opposite of that I feel with regards to ebay.

OP2 weeks agoThanks for the response. I think it's absurd that any company makes it's customers "WORK" to get in touch with them. 5 freaking steps with God only knows how many additional steps if I'm repeating multiple steps. ANY company worth anything has a simple one button click option that takes them directly to a live agent/associate, etc. to be helped. As mentioned, I'd do a lot more business if eBay were easier to do business with.
