Zero feedback bidders bidding up auction on high dollar auction and not paying.
I am having a problem with an auction that is being bid up the second time by a zero feedback bidder (fake address and name). It is a high dollar auction they ruined the first time and I was unable to send second chance offers because of it. I relisted it and someone has started bidding on it again. I have cancelled their bids but is there anything else that I can do? This is infuriating since Ebay really does nothing to people that don't pay and when the auction goes hanky, It hardly ever sells for the same the second go around.

If your high-value auction wasn’t paid, it happens and you’re not alone. eBay can restrict repeat non-paying bidders, but it may take time for them to act. You can report the buyer here: https://spd.ebay.com/RBASellerHub
You can also cancel the order and send second chance offers to your next two highest bidders at their last bid amounts: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/resolving-unpaid-items-buyers?id=4137
You can also block these buyers from bidding again here: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock?
