You can check the number of your unpaid items by looking under Purchases in your My eBay.

If you only have two â€¦ you can contact eBay and ask if they will forgive one. eBay used to be willing to forgive the first nonpayment strike.

Those strikes stay on your account for one full year, so they could have been from last year. I know nothing about appeals.
