Your ship from address must be in the United States to purchase a label
I am an Australian Seller with Australian address. My customer's shipping address is also an Australian address. However, the ebay shipping label purchase system returned me a message "Your ship from address must be in the United States to purchase a label".
I used to be able to purchase shipping label from ebay. It suddenly required me to have U.S. address before I can buy shipping label, despite the fact that the shipping address is an Australian address. Please help!

·2 years agoCheck your URL on your browser address bar. Sounds like you had clicked a link that took you from ebay.com.au to here on ebay.com (primarily US, further pointing to this is that you are asking this on ebay.com).
Go back to ebay.com.au and your list of sold items and you should be able to do it from there. Keep an eye on the address bar, especially when you are required to login which can be a sign that you changed websites.
Unless you set up the listing on ebay.com (price etc. would be in US Dollars AND "domestic shipping" would be US to US which would be a big problem), but I'm not seeing any active or sold listings of your on this site.

Mentor2 years agoThe issue may be that you are on the .com US site. Are you in this site when trying to purchase the label or the Australian site ?

https://www.ebay.com.au
