Your payouts are on hold because the payment method you have on file could not be charged

Question

I'm not receiving payments for my items because ebay tells me "Your payouts are on hold because the payment method you have on file could not be charged for any outstanding selling costs. Please add one to get paid."
But my payment method can be charged? They've charged it before for something i bought. It's a valid payment method, they've already charged it. What can I do here? I've added this card multiple times, all the information is good and adds up with my account. Can i get paid please?

Here's how to Contact a Managed Payments Customer service agent:

Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.

Go here to edit/update your payment methods: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Make sure you specify a method to pay for seller fees and reimbursements. I selected a credit card.
