I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to explain my recent situation regarding my eBay seller account. Due to my brother’s wedding, I was very busy with family responsibilities and was unable to give my full attention to my eBay seller account for some time. Because of this, I could not manage my account as properly as required.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I value eBay’s policies and my seller account, and I am fully committed to following all guidelines moving forward. Now that my personal situation has been resolved, I am ready to focus completely on my eBay business again.
I kindly request you to please review my account and give me another opportunity to continue selling on eBay. I assure you that such an issue will not happen again.
