You want me to rate my purchases on Ebay, but you do not reflect my numbers of buys correctly my number has stayed the same after many purchases, why.

Your number after your username (416) reflects the number of positive feedbacks you have received, not the number of purchases. Feedbacks received by the same member within a week count as only one feedback.
