Your label must be printed from the website where you listed your item.
Struggling to print a prepaid label. When i click on the option to print i get this message "Your label must be printed from the website where you listed your item."
But i am choosing the order in my account and trying to print the label direc tly. Any ideas? AI chatbot does not help and i can't speak to a human. Don't have the buyers address to post it directly.

Mentor1 month agoHI, you are currently on the eBay USA site, I think if you log into the eBay United Kingdom site you will find you can print your label since that is where you listed the item.
