I stopped after a few days back in September coz I was getting pennies charged on items that had no views. Is this an ebay scam...away to suck money from us?
I cannot find any links that say how this works.
Is the percentage also applied to the customer's sales tax?
Also, what does,"T&Cs apply" mean?
Meanwhile, my sales have stopped. Am I being punished?

Mentor2 years ago@llulua T and C means terms and conditions, this means read the fine print carefully.
I have tried promoted listings advanced. I do know of another seller that tried this offer and is having a hard time getting the promised credit and they are a very experienced higher volume seller that read the fine print.
As for if Promoted Listings Advanced is worth it or not that's something you will have to test and see. Since you said you were being charged but not seeing views then I would say that it's not worth it unless it's bringing sales.
