"Your buyer still has unanswered questions"
I received the following message from eBay (in German language translated).
Here the thing.
1). I never received a message from this buyer in my eBay messages.
2). In researching what item and buyer in question, I found this was one of my buyer that last purchase this item from me in October 1, 2021.
3). This transaction happen over 4 years ago.
What should I do?
I have always been responsive to all my buyer, but this one got me baffled.
