That was the message I received month ago...
eBay support sent me a link to make identifiction. I have sent documents. But there is no update till now. Support tell me I need to wait... but for all that period my messages are blocked, so I can receive but can't send messages neither to buyers, not to other clients.
Another problem is that my payouts are also on hold.
From other side I do receive orders, make shipments... just can not receive my money that are hold by ebay...
What can be problem? I guess I month is too much for waiting.
