Hi everyone,
​I am a seller on eBay and I recently encountered a restriction on my account. I am looking for some guidance from experienced mentors on how to properly address this and restore my account.
​Here is the situation:
​Current Status: My account is limited. I cannot create or revise listings, and my payouts are on hold.
​Notification Received: Initially, it was for "High risk selling," and now it shows "Suspicious activity."
I have been selling for 6 months
Should I wait for a specific email from eBay, or should I proactively upload documents via the "Help" section?
​I am committed to following eBay's policies and providing a safe community for my buyers. Any advice or tips on how to handle the appeal process would be greatly appreciated.
