"You submitted a refund request" but I didn't - should I change my passwords?
Basically, I won an auction for some space bags at a whopping .99 cents today, and just a few minutes ago I got an email saying
"you've requested a refund to cancel this order. We've informed the seller that you'd like to cancel this order" but I didn't. I was going to use them for when we move in a few weeks and needed them to pack some plushes and clothes.
Almost immediately this cancellation was approved by the seller. I'm changing my passwords on here, my email, paypal, and my bank along with freezing my account as a whole if thats possible. Is this something I should be as worried about as I am?

Mentor2 years ago@tsvvkii This is not something to be worried about as far as account security. However you SHOULD report the seller for lying about the cancelation reason.

The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies> Seller doesn’t want to complete the sale
Then in the box say how the seller lied and said you wanted to cancel the order but you did NOT request it.
The seller did this to avoid canceling as out of stock which they get a DEFECT for or because they were not happy with the price they got. Neither reason is okay for the seller to cancel the sale and said you asked.
eBay can't force the seller to sell them to you though so you'll have to look elsewhere for your space bags.
