Who is the idiot that changed the "ORDERS' page. Please have that person executed immediately ! ! They do NOT deserve a 2nd chance ! !

Now when I need to check the status of an order (and I order a lot) I have to go through two more **bleep** procedures to look at my shipping status. Why do you insist on fixing things that are NOT BROKE ! ! Please stop letting High School Grads or higher make major changes until they have been on the job at least 40 years.

Amazon with free shipping is looking better every day, maybe I don't need to spend thousands of dollars a year with you any longer . Doug

P.S. I was unable to find a way to send this straight to you, non of the topics addressed my concern. Why make it so hard to contact you ?
