"You have no upcoming payouts." How do I fix this?
Waiting for my payout, how can I fix this? I have money on hold and available for me, but I have no option to withdraw.

As a new Seller your funds will be on hold for up to 30 days. In time as you sell more items the payment holds will be lifted. Payments on hold | eBay
