I want to deliver to a residential location, but I purchased After purchasing, I discovered that there is only receipt and no delivery What's the solution? The seller does not respond to my messages

@ald7-35 The seller is required to ship to the address you provided at checkout. You can ask the seller to please cancel as problem with buyers address, refund you, then you buy again and provide the correct address. The seller is NOT required to cancel the sale so be sure to ask nicely.

If your item is late arriving to the address you provided then this is what you do>

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
