You are unable to purchase this item dueto restriction by the seller
I have bought from this seller many times before, always paid immediately when I won the auction, never gave any negative feedback, but lately when I try to place a bid I get the message
---You are unable to purchase this item due to restrictions from the seller---
There is no explanation, no message in the message box and per description the item is not restricted by e.g. Food and Drug administration.
Both seller and myself are located in the continental US
I have sent multiple emails to the seller and not received any reply
What to do to sort this out?

·2 years agoBesides actual purchases in the past 10 days, active bids (at least leading ones; and possibly also pending offers) count towards the limit of what you can buy from that seller.

Mentor2 years agoIf you have not had any unpaid transactions with this seller, nor left any questionable feedback, have you made another purchase within the past 10 days? There is a default setting to restrict buyers to only purchasing 1 item per 10 days, that many sellers are unaware of, but can be changed. I would send a message to the seller to suggest s/he look at this setting and make any changes:
