You guys are the absolute worst company to ever sell anything on! Someone I know sold 144 items! And had only 4 returns he was even told on the phone he is one of the highest selling and paying customer and then every time he has called about a return he has had your people have told him to wait he just lost thousand dollars because you are a retarted dumb company so people can’t make money. I have watched videos of people saying not to sell on eBay cause after they treat you like **bleep** and they are right! You have done nothing but take and take and take and now you lost one of you highest paying and selling customer! All because when someone has tried to return his item he has had to suck it up when he had lost yet his item he sold was just fine and it comes back to him broken yet he loses. Makes no sense when he has the proof! He had doen everything he can that you have suggested and now you take more money because you customer service told him to wait 5 days! I will find a way to find out your secrets and what you do that’s illegal trust me I WILL FIND OUT EVERYTHING!!!!

If they only sold 144 items, they are not one of the highest selling and paying customers.
Ebay want's sellers that take care of their buyers when there is a problem, they don't want sellers calling in every time they get a return request.
Accept the return, refund when it's returned and move on.
