I'm international buyer. I can't bid with my account; I had a non-payment problem with a seller who never sent me a combined shipping invoice, but that was over six months ago...
I request to be allowed to bid without restrictions with my account... What should I do? Thanks.

The unpaid item "strikes" remain on your record for 12 months.
