Yodel / packlink
I have to ask wht is going on with Yodel and packlink?
I have had 5 items that i have sent out to customers and each one has been smashed - bent - cracked stamped on.
Yet when you try and get the compensation they only pay a small amount and the last one they have said its not packed correctly. Well excuse me - use the correct packaging - two stiffners when posting lps and yet they are damamged - what is going on? please can someone advise on how to complanin to packlink as they never pay the correct compensation and try and blame the seller
